Bedol Privacy Policy

Bedol respects the privacy of our customers. We take steps to ensure that
your privacy is respected and protected when collecting and using
information you provide.

Data Collection

Bedol only collects business-identifying information from customers when
customers apply for a customer log in; "Business-identifying information"
means your name, business name, address, telephone number, fax number,
email address or other information by which your business can be identified.

Bedol does collect additional information from your when you make a
purchase by credit card.  We collect and store name,  your name, address,
telephone number, and credit card account numbers. When you make purchases,
we record data about the transaction including the amount and content of
your purchases and the time and place these purchases are made.

In addition, Bedol  may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from us
if your computer supports such capabilities.

Data Use

Bedol uses busineess-identifying information in limited circumstances. For
example, we use your name to thank you personally for your business when
you make purchases. Bedol  may use this information to give you
personally-tailored coupons, offers or other information which may be
provided to Bedol.

Bedol does not sell or lease business-identifying information to any other
company, person or agency. Bedol will disclose business-identifying
information only if required to do so by law, or if requested to do so by a
law enforcement agency in the context of an ongoing criminal investigation
where such disclosure could be required by subpoena or court order. Any
request for information must be cleared by our Legal Department. In
addition, Bedol may use any information our customers provide when
conducting our own investigations of alleged customer wrongdoing, such as
dishonored or fraudulent method of payment.

Bedol may create compilations of information that is not
business-identifying and provide this data to other companies to help them
understand the shopping patterns of our customers.
Security

We provide protection against unauthorized disclosure of the information
you share with us. We store information in a secure manner. We restrict
access to personally identifying information to only those with a need to
know. We also educate those people with access to customer information
about their responsibility to protect your privacy and we give them clear
guidelines regarding the use and disclosure of such information.
